Does COVID-19 affect your Vacation
As you prepare for your spring and summer vacation at Seven Bluff Cabins with family and friends we want to assure you that we have implemented procedures to protect the health and safety of our guests and staff. In regards to the COVID-19, we are following the advice of the CDC as we continue our diligent cleaning practices in our office/store, cabins, bathhouses, laundry room and pool areas. We have encouraged the staff of Seven Bluff Cabins to follow personal hygiene recommendations.
We will remain open so you may still enjoy your planned vacations and will continue to review the directions provided by the CDC.
We can't think of a better escape from the congestion of the city than to be at Seven Bluff Cabins enjoying the outdoors and taking in the fresh air.

SEVEN BLUFF CABINS - COVID-19 Cancellation Policy:
In response to the extenuating circumstances of COVID-19, our cancellation policies will be as follows:
Reservations made before March 14, 2020:
If your check-in date, falls between March 14, 2020 and May 15, 2020, you will qualify for our COVID-19 cancellation policy. All COVID-19 cancellations will be accessed a fee of 10% of your deposit, plus any credit card transactions fees. Any remaining funds paid towards your reservation will be refunded to you. If the situation continues past May 15, 2020, the deadline date of May 15, 2020 will be re-accessed extended by 30 days. If the deadline is, extended, those reservations with check-in dates that fall within the new deadline will fall into the COVID-19 cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your reservation outside of the deadline dates, the standard cancellation policy will be applied. (see standard cancellation policy below)
COVID-19 CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THIE COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY.
Reservations made after March 14, 2020:
Reservations made for stays after March 14, 2020 will not be covered under the COVID-19 cancellation policy unless COVID-19 related circumstances apply such as travel advisories and restrictions, health advisories and quarantines, changes to applicable law and other government mandates.
*FOR THOSE GUESTS WHO CHOOSE TO USE THEIR RESERVATION AT A LATER DATE, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE AND WE CAN ASSIST YOU IN MOVING YOUR RESERVATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU CHOOSE A LATER DATE WITH A HIGHER RATE, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE.
SEVEN BLUFF CABINS STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival are entitled to a 75% refund of the deposit. Any extra amount paid toward the rental will be returned in full.
If you cancel less than 45 days prior to your arrival date, you will not receive a refund of any money that you have already paid toward the rental, unless we re-rent your entire stay at the full price. If we re-rent the entire stay at the full rate, you will receive 50% of your deposit back along with any balance already paid toward the rental.
Cancellations MUST BE MADE BY PHONE to avoid any misunderstanding. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS DUE TO BAD WEATHER
